In the app, go to Account → Delete account and confirm with your password. This permanently removes your login, your business account and any team member logins from our servers.
Certificates, jobs and photos stored on your phone are yours and stay on your phone — deleting the account does not touch them.
No longer have the app installed? Email support@certio.uk from your account’s email address and we’ll delete the account for you.
