Which apps can you migrate from?
Any certificate app that can export PDFs or data: iCertifi, EasyCert, Tradecert, Clik Cert, NAPIT FastTest, NICEIC Online Certification, Pro Certs, CS Certs, Elec-Mate and others. For invoicing: QuickBooks, Xero, FreeAgent, Sage, Invoice2go, or a spreadsheet. If you are on something else, ask — if it exports, we can load it.
What happens to certificates I issued in my old app?
They come into Certio as documents filed on the customer's record, so you can find them, open them and send them again. We never alter or re-sign a certificate that was issued elsewhere. Certio's AI can also read an old certificate into an editable one when you want to start the next inspection from it.
Does it cost anything?
No. Migration is free on every plan, including during the Starter free trial.
How long does it take?
It depends on how much there is and how your old software exports. Send the exports and we will tell you when it is loaded. You can carry on using Certio for new work in the meantime.
Can I get my data back out of Certio later?
Yes. You can export your certificates as PDFs and download your data from inside the app at any time, and delete the account whenever you like.
